I did alot of research before purchasing the Cub Cadet GX54D. This is the best machine at this price point. It has a better engine and transaxle than lesser models. You can actually use this machine for real work without fear of it breaking. I maintain about 3 acres with this machine, and it performs well. I have owned this tractor for a few months now and it continues to impress me. This is Cub Cadets top model and I am not dissapointed with my purchase.

Great service and so far great mower! We have only used it once since it arrived but can say so far it has exceeded our expectations. The tighter turn ratio (16 verses18) makes mowing around things much better. A very well built garden tractor/mower.
